Q: What is one thing you would want a prospective student to know about Lehigh?

A: One thing I would want a prospective student to know about Lehigh is the plethora of resources available to students that range from comprehensive tutoring services all the way to support for job placement. Lehigh ensures its students are supported from freshman year all the way to graduation. 
 

Q: How has Lehigh prepared you to take on tomorrow鈥檚 challenges?

A: Throughout my time at Lehigh, various professors have worked in industry, providing us with real-world examples in class to practice and work with. Being able to work with these real-world examples has given me various critical thinking skills and more importantly, a unique jumpstart in my career.
 

Q: How has Lehigh shaped who you are 鈥 not just as a student, but as a person?

A: Lehigh has shaped who I am as a person because it has made me more ambitious as a student and an individual. Being surrounded by so many talented and motivated individuals has inspired me to chase even bigger versions of my original goals. 

 

Q: As captain of the , what鈥檚 one lesson in leadership you鈥檝e learned that applies outside the pool?

A: Being captain of the swimming team has taught me many important lessons about leadership; however, the most beneficial one that applies in the pool and outside the pool is understanding who you are leading. Without building relationships and understanding the individuals you are leading, it is very difficult to lead. However, with proper communication, this challenge can be easily overcome. 
 

Q: How has the shaped your academic or career perspective?

A: The Martindale Student Association has given me a broad perspective about the plethora of challenges different societies face outside of just the United States. It has given me a more worldly perspective and inspired me to travel more, learning about different cultures and pursuing various experiences. 
 

Q: Where have you found support and mentorship at Lehigh? How has it shaped your experience?

A: I have found mentorship from various professors and upperclassmen throughout my time at Lehigh. Their continued advice and support have inspired me to keep pushing through academic and personal challenges presented to me in my time at Lehigh. These mentors have truly made my time at Lehigh unique and unforgettable. 

 

Q: What is your favorite thing about Lehigh?

A: My favorite thing about Lehigh is being . This group of people have been integral in my development as a person and leader throughout my time at Lehigh. I have met lifelong friends and have formed amazing relationships with my coaches throughout my time here. 
 

Q: If you had to sum up your Lehigh journey so far in three 鈥渞eal鈥 words, what would they be?

A: Challenging. Engaging. Stimulating. 
 

Where is your study spot of choice on campus?

A: My favorite study spot on campus is the 7th floor of , as it is always quiet and has great views from outside the window.
